A new and exciting trend has swept the American Southwest recently as colleges and universities have begun expanding their language studies programs to include Native American culture and languages. Yoeme is an expressive language traditionally spoken by the Yaqui tribe in northern Mexico and the American Southwest region. This is the first Yoeme dictionary ever published and includes 8,000 entries, a detailed introduction, and informative facts about the Yaqui culture.
